The end of an era for Spidey and MJ?

If you'd read the "Top 5 Worst Boyfriends" entry a couple of posts down, you'd see why I thought Spidey should have made the list.

There now seems to be some irrefutable proof to that:

Is this it for Marvel’s premier power couple?

Today the House of Ideas released this Joe Quesada-drawn cover image for November’s Amazing Spider-Man #545, the fourth and final chapter in this fall’s “One More Day” Spider-event. The only explanation was a cryptic tagline: “The End Of An Era.”

What does this mean for the controversial marriage between Spider-Man and Mary Jane, loved by some fans and hated by others for years? Puzzle over the image yourselves, then stay tuned to Amazing Spider-Man, Sensational Spider-Man and Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man to find out?
